数字控制超声波电源系统的研究与实现

摘    要:介绍了超声波电源的基本原理和样机系统的组成。针对超声波电源的负载要求响应速度快、精度高等特点,对超声波电源控制方法进行了研究。采用了一种基于TI公司TMS520LF2407型DSP的频率跟踪的控制方法。达到了响应速度快、精度高的目的,研制了基于此控制方法的超声波电源。该系统输出频率范围较宽,对负载的适应性较强,工作可靠性较高。

Abstract:The basic theory of the ultrasonic power and the components of the prototype are introduced in this paper.The control method with frequency tracking is adopted to realize fast response and high precision,which are the requests of ultrasonic power's load.This control method is achieved based on TMS320LF2407 DSP made by TI Corporation.The results show that our power has fast response and high precision and wide output bandwidth which is more suitable to the load and more reliable.
