| 摘 要： | 对永磁无刷直流电机的转矩脉动的产生机理进行了分析,并根据缝纫机控制器的特点,研究了缝纫机停机过程的换相转矩脉动情况。提出了利用重叠换相和定子电流定频采样相结合的办法,来抑制转矩脉动,并给出了实验结果。

| Abstract: | The reasons of the torque ripple of BLDCM are presented.A BLDCM drive system used in industrial sewing maehine is studied and stop precision of the system is analyzed in detail.A novel current feedback control method of BLDCM is introduced to minimize torque ripple of the system,which combines the traditional overlap method with the fix-frequency sampling eurrent control method.The experimental results are presented to prove the theory. |
