摘    要:针对锦州发电厂1号炉原细粉分离器分离效率低、乏气带粉量多、排粉机磨损严重、飞灰可燃物含碳量高等问题,设计了新型螺旋隔室双级分离式细粉分离器,并对锦州发电厂五号炉进行了改造。改造后分离器分离效率提高了2.66%,乏气含粉量减少了21%左右,达到了预期效果。

Abstract:Aimed at problems of low separating efficiency,much quantity of powder carried by exhaust air,severe erosion on mill exhauster,high carbon content in fly ash combustible etc. the new fine powder 2-stage type separater with spiral parting cell was designed in fine powder separator of Jin Zhou Power Plant No. 1 boiler. After modification to No. 1 boiler the separating efficiency of the separator was raised about 2. 66% ,the powder content in exhause gas was decreased about 21%, the expected result was gotten.
