基于PLC的数字化变电站智能接口装置

针对当前传统变电站开关控制存在的弊端,以及变电站数字化发展方向对现有过程层设备提出的要求,提出了一种基于PLC变电站智能接口装置,该装置能够把开关控制相关的二次信号通过光纤与间隔层设备接口,以实现传统变电站开关控制的数字化改造。该智能接口将数字信号延伸到过程层设备,以可编程控制器取代传统高压开关柜的继电器以及控制回来的操作箱单元,以光纤代替信号电缆,接入综自系统后,PLC可实时接收遥信、遥控、保护命令并完成跳合闸控制、开关的远方操作、遥信参数、就地操作参数的上传。该智能接口具有可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、扩展性好等特点,有较好的推广价值。

PLC-Based Intelligent Interface Equipment of Digital Substation

For the current questions of substation switch control and the request proposted by digital substation for devices in process level,a scheme which based on PLC-Based intelligent interface equipment of digital substation has been put forward.This intelligent interface can extend the digital signal to devices in process level,replace the relay of HV cabinet and the control circuit box by PLC,and use Fiber to replace the communication cabel,after connectted the interface to substation integrated automation system,the PLC can receive the remote signaling order and finish reporting the remote signaling paramete and local operating parameter to substation integrated automation system and the order of Remote control and protectation to fufill tripping.This intelligent interface has the features of high relaiblelity,anti-interference,and extending,which is valuable for wide utility.
