摘    要:当系统出现小干扰稳定问题时,采用在线校正控制的方法可以避免事故进一步扩大。基于小干扰稳定约束最优潮流(Small-Signal Stability Constrained Optimal Power Flow,SSSC-OPF),提出了一种校正控制的调度方法。根据混成自动控制理论,通过多次事件驱动控制使系统在经济性和安全性上趋优。由于该方法生成控制指令只需一次优化计算,因此决策速度快,提高了系统危急情况下调度控制的时效性,突破了其他方法无法实用化的效率瓶颈。WSCC-9、IEEE-39和IEEE-145三个系统的仿真结果表明:所提方法计算效率高,控制效果好,应用前景广阔。

Abstract:When the small-signal stability problem occurs, corrective control can avoid worsening the situation of power system. Based on the Small-Signal Stability Constrained Optimal Power Flow (SSSC-OPF), this paper proposes a corrective control method for dispatching. Owing to the idea of hybrid control, the proposed method can make the system approach optimal point of economy and security for power system through event-driven control in multiple times. This method only needs one optimization calculation to generate control instructions, thus it has a fast decision-making speed, significantly improves the time-efficiency of dispatching in system crisis and breaks through the efficiency bottleneck that other strategies cannot be practically implemented. The simulations on WSCC-9, IEEE-39 and IEEE-145 systems show that the proposed method has high computation efficiency, good control effect and wide prospect of application.
