摘    要:针对目前变电站自动化工程配置过程中主站与子站之间配置信息不一致以及数据重复输入等问题,分析了目前第三方图形编辑系统存在的不足之处,提出将可缩放矢量图形SVG(Scalab le Vector G raph ics)与公用信息模型C IM(Common Inform ation Model)进行关联来表达图形及其拓扑关系,这将大大降低工程实施的复杂度,减少系统投运的时间;同时,还给出以Java作为系统开发语言,利用JG raph/Batik等开源组件,实现基于C IM/SVG图模一体电力图形编辑系统的关键方法,从而解决了“变电站子站手工配置、主站免维护”开放式工程配置的问题,并在实践中获得了应用。

Abstract:At present,the main problems of an automatic engineering configuration system for substation automation in power system include information inconsistency and data re-input between master station and substation.This paper analyzes the disadvantage of third party graphic editing systems,and proposes an opening format modeling system with integrated graphic and data using SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics) with CIM(Common Information Model),will greatly reduce the complexity of automatic engineering configuration.This paper also provides key implementation of the vector graphic editing system of power system by use of open source components JGraph,Batik and Log4j in java environment.Such development yields an engineering expected system which fulfills the open engineering configuration for manual configuration in substation and automatic configuration in master station.This design has been used in real application.
