| 摘 要： | 在浅析资产管理的发展、特点、新要求的基础上,介绍了财务评价、国民经济评价、全寿命周期成本(LCC)评价等技术改造方案的经济评价方法.华东电网公司按照国家电网公司的统一部署,在水电领域以LCC方法在导水机构、机组技术改造中的探索应用作为水电领域开展资产全寿命周期管理工作的切入点,提出了相应LCC分析评价模型构建与应用的主要思路.

| Abstract: | The development of assets management was presented,as well as its features and new requirements.Based on that,the various evaluation methods for technical retrofit schemes were illuminated such as financial evaluation,national economy evaluation,and Life Cycle Cost(LCC) evaluation.According to unified deployment of State Grid Corporation of China,application of LCC to technical retrofits for distributor and hydropower units was chosen as the beginning of LCC-related work in the hydropower field.Suggestions ... |
