引进型300 MW机组的负荷调节能力

摘    要:6台引进型300 MW发电机组是上海电网的主力调峰机组,就该型机组负荷对汽机调门和锅炉燃烧率的响应特性进行了大量的试验,指出:当负荷指令变化过于频繁时,调节系统始终处于频繁的调节状态,使得机组不能稳定运行,给安全、稳定和经济运行带来不良后果.通过分析,对"机跟炉"、"炉跟机"和"DEB"方式的协调控制系统作了完善改进,提高了机组的负荷调节性能,并建议负荷变化的时间间隔不要小于15 min.

Abstract:The effect load to the responsive characteristics of turbine governing valve and boiler combustion of the foreign patented domestic made 300 MW unit, the main cycling units in Shanghai power grid was tested and the conclusion showed that when the load commands are too frequent, the control system will always in a frequently emtrolled state, which causes the unit operation unstable, unsafe and inefficient. Through the analysis on the test, a thorough improvement on the control modes "boiler follow turbine", "turbine follow boiler", and "DEB" of the CCS has been carried out with a result of better load control ability.
