| 摘 要： | 电力市场改革应关注网损的归属问题,即网损分摊问题。对该问题进行了阐述,研究了近年来国内外基于物理层面的网损分摊方法,包括比例分摊方法和非线性函数分摊方法,基于功率分布的分摊方法。指出了各种方法的优点和不足,结合2个算例进行了分析。提出了网损分摊尚需解决的问题。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of the electricity market reform,not only the quantity of the transmission loss but also the loss allocation has obtained much attention.Reasonable allocation of the transmission loss is a must-face issue for realizing the "openness,justice and fairness" principle for the electricity market.The transmission loss allocation methods both at home and abroad are analyzed,and the merits and demerits of each method are pointed out.A calculation example is given,and problems that should be solved for loss allocation are proposed. |
