小型频标与频率稳定度测量系统

摘    要:在理解铷原子频标及时测量系统基本原理的前提下,提出了一种改进型的铷原子频标及频率测量系统,对该系统的设计方案进行了深入的剖析和讲解。分析各部件对系统频率稳定度的影响,设计出高精度的恒温控制压控石英振荡器、DDS频率源、调相电路、晶体管及阶跃二极管倍频电路、伺服电路等,优化电路设计和参数选择,实现优势组合与互补的铷原子频标系统。利用铷原子频标输出的标准频率信号作为测量系统的标准频率输入,引入DDS实现差拍法和多模式频差倍增法1]相结合的方法,实现高精度的可测量各种频率的频率稳定度测量系统。

Abstract:Based on the knowledge of the Rb atomic frequency standard and timely frequency measurement system, we proposed an improved system. Then expound to Rb atomic frequency standard respectively of the measurement system and frequency of detailed design proposal made in-depth analysis and explanation. Analysis of various components of the system frequency stability, the design gives the influence of temperature control high voltage controlled quartz oscillators, spurious frequency source, phase-modulation circuit, the transistor and Laplace domain diode times frequency circuit, servo circuit etc, optimizes circuit design and parameter selection, realize advantage combination and complementary Rb atomic frequency standard system. Using the Rb atomic frequency standard signal as the output of the measurement system input, introducing standard frequency DDS achieve poor shooting method and mode double frequency difference with the method.
