摘    要:针对多重化电容储能型脉冲系统的需求,设计了一种基于现场可编程门阵列FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)的大功率IG-BT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)驱动触发系统,介绍了其设计思想和实现电路。该系统可实现远程控制或本地控制,能够产生多路频率、脉宽和延时独立可调的脉冲信号,并在此基础上与常用大功率IGBT驱动芯片2SD315A配合进行了触发实验,用于驱动3300V/1200A大功率IGBT。实验结果表明该触发系统具有良好的可调性,可满足脉冲系统中IGBT对触发信号的要求,能有效提高脉冲系统的可控性。

Abstract:According to the requirement of multi-pulse technology based on capacitor energy storage system,a multi-channel trigger of high voltage IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) driver based on FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) was developed,The design idea and implementation technology of the multi-channel trigger hardware and software were presented. The trigger generates multi-channel frequency,pulse width and delay independently adjustable pulse signals,and can be remotely controlled or locally controlled. The trigger was tested to drive 3300V /1200A high voltage IGBT. Experimental results are described. Through the tests,superior characteristics of the trigger have been confirmed.
