电除尘用脉冲电源及控制系统的设计

摘    要:脉冲供电是目前工业电除尘领域的重要发展方向,脉冲电源工作于负载频繁短路的场合,为实现脉冲回路中开关器件的可靠保护和控制,介绍了一种在中频基础直流上叠加脉冲的技术方案,分析脉冲谐振回路参数,基于DSP和CPLD协同控制的控制系统,重点阐述谐振电路IGBT控制逻辑和闪络保护策略,并搭建脉冲电源样机对方案的应用可行性进行验证,对于脉冲电源的优化和改进具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:Pulse power supply,an important development direction in the field of industrial electrostatic precipitation,works on occasions of frequent short-circuits on the load.To realize reliable protection and control of the switching devices in the pulse loop,this paper introduced a technical scheme for superposing pulses on the medium-frequency basic DC and analyzed the parameters of the pulse resonant loop.Based on the coordinated control of DSP and CPLD,it explained the control logic of the IGBT of the resonant circuit and the flashover protection strategy.Furthermore,a pulse power supply prototype was built to verify the feasibility of this scheme. The proposed approach could have a practical reference value for the optimization and improvement of the pulse power supply.
