继电保护装置自动测试系统的研制

摘    要:介绍了继电保护装置的常规测试流程,分析了其存在的缺陷。针对生产测试和现场校验的测试特点和测试需求,提出了基于分布式模式和模块化设计的自动化测试系统,实现了测试方案开发、闭环性自动测试、生产及测试数据管理功能。详细介绍了自动测试系统的软硬件设计和自动测试流程的实现方式。实际应用表明,系统能够有效提高继电保护装置测试工作的效率和质量。

Abstract:This paper introduces a routine testing process for the relay protection device and analyzes its flaws. With respect to the characters of and the demand on production test and field verification, it presents an auto-test system based on the distributed mode and modular design, and realizes such functions as development of test scheme, closed-loop auto-test, as well as production and test data management. It describes in detail the hardware and software design of the auto-test system and the implementation model of the auto-test process. Practical applications show that the system can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of the test on the relay protection device.
