摘    要:针对电机系统节能发展的实际需要,该文提出利用非侵入监测方法,开发出基于工业无线网络电机能效在线监测系统,该系统对电机转速、转矩、功率因数、效率等参数可进行在线评估.通过试验验证了系统的可行性,并在工程实际中得到了应用,证明了该系统在工程中具有很好的应用发展前景.

Abstract:Owing to the motor system for the practical needs of energy conservation,the article proposes the use of non-invasive monitoring methods to development the on-line monitoring system for motor energy efficiency based on industrial wireless network.The motor speed,torque,power factor,efficiency and other parameters can be estimated on-line operation.The feasibility of the system is verified through experiments,and it has been applied in engineering and proved to have good prospects for development.
