摘    要:提出了基于触摸屏、PLC和变频器组成的行车控制系统。对硬件的组态和软件的设计作了详尽的阐述。对定位控制原理和速度切换思想,进行深入的阐述,有良好的参考价值和移植性。实际应用表明,该系统具有结构简单、运行稳定、可靠性高、生产效率高、维护方便和性价比高等特点。

Abstract:This paper presents positional control system based on HMI, PLC and frequency converter, hardware configuration and software designed are introduced in detail. Positional control principles, high and low velocity switching by comparison are introduced in detail specially, which have good reference and transplantation. Real operation results show that this system is simple, stable, reliable, efficient, convenient to maintain and cheap for its functions.
