摘    要:介绍采用光电经纬仪对大型混流式转轮叶片的三维测量和相应的测量数据处理技术,阐述采用光电经纬仪来解决大型混流式转轮叶片的三维测量难题,并开发出了配套的叶片三维测量数据处理技术和软件,用于混流式叶片数控加工中的快速装夹找正,大大提高了叶片找正的效率和精度,降低了叶片数控加工的制造成本.图2

Abstract:Introduces the method of measuring the large Francis turbine blades with optical-electronic theodolites and the technologies of processing the meas uring data.It explains how to solve the difficult problems about measuring the l arge Francis turbine blades.We have developed the software for processing the me asuring data of the blades.We have applied the technology on NC machining of the Francis blades to solve the rapidly locating the blades.It greatly improves the efficiency and precision of locating the blades,it decreases the costs of NC ma chining the blades.
