磁性槽楔在风力发电机中的应用

摘    要:磁性槽楔具有改善电机性能(提高效率、降低温升、改善起动性能等)的良好优点,但其也有易脱落、导致电机绝缘强度降低等缺陷,经原材料及成型工艺改进后的磁性槽楔在机械性能及耐热性能上有一定的提高.通过具体试验,给出了磁性槽楔在风力发电机中应用的注意事项.

Abstract:Magnetic slot wedge could improve motor performance(improve efficiency,reduce temperature,improve the startup performance,et al.),but it was also easy to fall off,resulting in reduced strength of electrical insulation and other defects,the improved raw materials and molding process in the magnetic slot wedge mechanical properties and heat resistance had improved to some extent.Through specific tests,magnetic slot wedge was given in the application of wind turbines note.
