电站T91炉管服役后的老化状况量化评定

摘    要:为准确评定目前电站T91炉管运行后的组织老化程度,选择原始供货态和不同运行工况下的T91炉管为样本,进行扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)形貌观察、碳化物尺寸定量分析以及硬度测试等,得出T91炉管老化的组织、性能量化评定指标。

Abstract:For correctly assessing degeneration degree of microstructure of T9 1 boiler tube in power station in service at present,this paper selects T9 1 boiler tubes of original supply of materials condition and under different working conditions as samples to proceed scanning electron microscope morphology observation,carbide size quantitative analysis and hardness test.At last,it acquires quantitative assessment index for aged microstructure and performance of T9 1 boiler tubes.
