构造Internet上的智能报装专家系统对方便用户、提高电力业扩报装业务的科学性和高效性具有重要意义.结合某供电公司智能报装系统的需求,应用专家系统的基本原理,设计、构建了基于Web模式下的网上智能报装系统,并介绍了智能报装专家系统的总体结构、数据库、知识库和推理机的设计.同时,以电力业扩报装申请为实例,介绍了基于Web模式的电力部门业扩报装专家系统的实现.

Design and Implementation of Intelligent Business Expanding Expert System Based on JSP Technology

It is significant to build an intelligent business expanding expert system based on Internet in order to bring convenience to consumers, improve efficiency and scientific property of electrical business expanding system. According to the basic principle of expert system, a Web mode based system of intelligent business expanding has been designed combined with the business expanding demand of some power supply company. The whole framework, the database, the knowledge base and the reasoning machine of the system are introduced. Furthermore, with the application of electric business expanding as an instance, a method of using Web mode to implement electric business expanding expert system is also discussed in this research.
