广东省网关口、地区关口电能量计量遥测系统互连技术的研究及实现

摘    要:针对广东省网关口、地区关口电能量计量遥测系统之间的互连,提出了基于IEC 62056国际标准的解决方案,制定了公用信息全局编码规则。该方案具有接口统一简便、数据传输效率高的特点。应用实践表明,该方案是行之有效的。

Abstract:The solving project based on the IEC 62056 series standards is put forward for the interconnection between electric energy telemetering systems of Guangdong provincial power grid gate and regional gate. The global coding rules ofcommon information are constituted. The project has the advantages of convenient interface and high efficiency of data transmission. With the applications, the project is proved to be effective.
