摘    要:广东省某发电厂3号锅炉改烧烟煤后多次发生燃烧器喷嘴着火和结焦的现象,通过割管检查和给粉机转速试验,以及与同类型锅炉进行运行工况的比较,确定燃烧器喷嘴着火和结焦的主要原因是煤粉在粉管间隙处和喷嘴凹坑部位沉积、燃煤挥发分质量分数过高、周界风量少等,并提出相应的整改建议。

Abstract:There are ignition and coking in combustor nozzle in boiler No. 3 in a power plant after turning to soft coal. By piping-cutting examination and rotating speed test on pulverized coal feeder as well as comparison of operating condition with same boilers, it is determined that ignition and coking in combustor nozzle result from sediment of pulverized coal in gaps of pulverized coal tube and pit of nozzle, excessive mass fraction of volatile matter, less air delivery around and etc. Besides, the corresponding proposals for improvement are tabled.
