沙角C电厂锅炉微油点火技术应用的试验分析

摘    要:对沙角C电厂锅炉微油点火技术应用进行试验分析的结果表明,利用原有WRTE大油枪加热炉温制取热风的方式启动磨煤机,使炉膛得到预热,有利于微油点火初始阶段煤粉的引燃和燃尽。气化微油点火燃烧器投煤后煤粉能顺利点燃,火焰明亮,燃烧器喷口火焰温度始终保持在较高温度,燃烧稳定,燃烧器在启动过程中壁温正常,不结焦。计算分析发现,2号锅炉气化微油点火技术的应用能使电厂启动节油率达到89%,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:The test analysis of micro-oil ignition technology applications of boiler in Shajiao C Power Plant indicates that the way of starting pulverizer by using original WRTE big oil gun to heat the thermal boiler temperature to get thermal draft and preheat the furnace is helpful to ignite and burn out pulverized coal in the initial stage of micro-oil ignition.After inputting coal to gasified micro-oil ignited burner,pulverized coal can be ignited successfully with bright flame and temperature of flame at the burner's nozzle will be always kept comparatively high.The flame's combustion keeps stable and temperature of burner wall keeps normal without any slagging in the process of starting the burner.The calculation analysis discovers that gasified micro-oil ignition technology applied in No.2 boiler can save oil 89% during the stage of starting the power plant and it can bring good benefits to the power plant,too.
