摘    要:瓷质绝缘子串长时间运行后会出现绝缘劣化、绝缘击穿和闪络放电等缺陷,为电网带来重大的安全隐患,检测瓷质绝缘子运行状态至关重要,为此提出基于红外热像技术对变电站瓷质劣化绝缘子识别方法。首先建立瓷质绝缘子串等效电路模型和电网络方程,通过仿真计算得出绝缘子串电压分布;建立电热转换模型,并在某220 kV变电站开展绝缘子串红外测温,通过高压试验验证红外热像准确表征绝缘子串的运行情况。理论与实际应用结果验证了该方法的有效性与实用性。

Abstract:Defects such as insulation degradation,breakdown and flashover discharge may occur in the porcelain insulators after long-time operation,which will bring great potential safety hazard.It is very import to detect operation states of the porcelain insulator.This paper proposes an identification method for degraded porcelain insulators in the substation based on infrared thermal imaging technology.It firstly establishes the equivalent circuit model of the porcelain insulator and the electric network equation,and calculates voltage distribution of the insulator strings by simulation.It also builds the electric heating transformation model and carries out infrared temperature measurement for the insulation strings in one 220 kV substation.It verifies infrared thermal imaging technology can accurately characterize operation states of the insulation strings by high voltage test.Both theoretical result and practical application prove effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.
