Abstract:The disadvantages of conventional power system security protection system and the advantages of the microprocessor based type are covered. By presenting the anti failure achievements in security and stability control of Guangdong power grid in recent years, it is demonstrated that the microcomputer based automatic equipment is the development trend of power grid security and stability control in present stage.
