可视化在线顺序控制操作技术

摘    要:针对目前变电站倒闸操作存在走空程误操作、操作死区与故障查找效率低下的问题,提出变电站可视化在线顺序控制操作技术。通过站控层防误一体化设计与间隔层防误网络化设计,融合"五防"在线技术、顺序控制操作技术,实现了变电站在线式顺序控制操作;通过监控系统及网络分析仪中的预设反馈信息,对操作过程中的各项流程节点作出判定,实现操作过程可视化。该技术避免了人为的二次干预与重复开操作票,可有效防止操作走空程,能快速判断故障点,提升了变电站运行操作效率。

Abstract:Aiming at existing problems of false operation of unfruitful program, operating dead zone and low trouble shoot- ing efficiency in substation switching operation, this paper proposes visual online sequence control operation technology for substation. By anti-misoperation integration design of station level and anti-operation networking design of interlayer and combining five-prevention prevention online technology and sequence control operation technology, it is able to realize sub- station online sequence control operation. By preinstalled feedback information in monitoring system and network analyzer, it is able to make judgement for each technological process node in operational process and visualization of the operational process. This technology avoids artificial secondary intervene and repeat opening operation ticket which is able to effectively prevent false operation of unfruitful program, rapidly judge the fault point and promote substation operational efficiency.
