摘    要:针对火电厂混煤掺烧的实际工作特点,建立了基于燃煤流程的全程动态优化方法。该方法对进厂的每一种煤进行跟踪监视和综合优化调配,将堆煤、配煤、取煤、燃烧各环节耦合起来,结合智能算法,采用多目标协同优化,以使混煤掺烧达到安全、经济和环保的效果。同时,采用数字化方法模拟煤场和原煤仓的动态过程,以直观图形显示存煤情况,从而使全厂的存煤可视化。针对红海湾发电有限公司实际情况,开发了混煤掺烧全程动态优化决策系统,取得了很好的应用效果。
