摘    要:在输配电线路中,提高输送效率、减小线路损耗是线路金具需要解决的重要课题。试验证明,预绞式悬垂线夹不仅不会给线路带来损耗,还节约了能量。同时,这种县垂线夹结构独特,有效改善了导线的悬挂点的应力环境,使导线所受的静态压应力、夹应力、弯曲应力和动态应力大大减小,延长了导线的抗疲劳特性和使用寿命,具有很高的性价比。

Abstract:It is an important problem and struggle aspect for line fittings to increase transmission efficiency and reduce power loss in transmis-sion and distribution lines. Armor-Grip Suspension (AGS) does not disperse power in line, but saves energy according to the test recentlydone in EPCRI. This type of suspension has particular and unique structure, which has evident efforts to reduce static stresses (tensile, com-pressive, and bending forces) and dynamic stresses to the conductor, and enhance fatigue resistance and usage life of the conductor. AGShas excellent proportion of performance and cost.
