摘    要:建立了计算华能德州电厂2209t/h锅炉侧墙包复过热器流量偏差的数学模型,指出该炉频繁爆管的根本原因在于侧墙包复过热器存在固定的滞流区域。利用本模型对增加的管子入口节流圈的流量分布进行估计,采取相应措施后解决了该炉的爆管问题。

Abstract:mathematical model for the steam flow distribution in sidewall enclosure superheater of 2 209 t/h boiler in Huaneng Dezhou power plant was established.The basic cause for the frequent tube rupture was analyzed as the presence of a stable slow flow zone on the front of sidewall enclosure superheater.The flow distribution was estimated with throttle rings added at the inlet of every tube by using this model. Corresponding measures were taken with the troubles of tube rupture eliminated.
