摘    要:均衡调度、煤耗调度和成本调度是3种不同的发电调度方式,与电力系统运行实现公平、节能、经济等目标密切相关.深入分析3种调度方式的机理,以等负荷率为目标建立基于最小二乘的均衡调度优化模型,采用序列二次规划算法求解:分别以煤耗最小和购电成本最小为目标,建立煤耗调度和成本调度的日前安全约束机组组合模型,采用动态规划结合序列二次规划的混合算法求解.IEEE30节点算例分析表明,3种调度方式体现了相异的调度目标,决定了机组组合和发电出力分配的结果,并且不同调度方式将影响区域间的潮流分布.
