无线监控系统在电站化学水处理超滤系统中的应用

摘    要:基于ZigBee技术,将无线监控系统用于电站水处理流程中超滤部分的顺序控制.介绍无线监控系统现场级、控制级和监控级的3层结构以及整个系统的数据传输过程.设计方案中对系统的可靠性、通信质量、节能等予以充分考虑.现场运行结果表明,所设计的无线监控系统可以满足工业应用的要求.指出建立更加可靠的现场无线网络将是今后研究的重点和难点.

Abstract:Based on ZigBee technology,the wireless monitoring system was applied in the sequence control of ultra-filtration system,which is a part of chemical water treatment in power plant.The architecture of wireless monitoring system was introduced,containing field layer,control layer and supervision layer.And the data transmission was also illustrated.Then with the problems of reliability,communication quality and energy consumption considered,the solutions were designed.The operation result shows that the designed wireless monitoring system meets the requirement of industrial application.It was proposed that building a more reliable wireless network is the focus and difficulty in further research.
