黄台电厂PM型燃烧器结构优化研究及应用

摘    要:在对黄台电厂7号炉PM型燃烧器浓淡分离弯头结构进行模化实验研究的基础上。对弯头分离部件进行优化,确定了PM型燃烧器的较佳结构尺寸,使浓淡2部分浓度和流量分配更合理。经燃烧器改造,取得了大幅度降低锅炉最低稳燃负荷的显著效果。

Abstract:On the basis of the modelling experiment and study on the air-coal separating bend configuration of PM type burner of No.7 boiler in Huangtai Power Plant, the separating parts of bend were optimized and the better configuration size of PM type burner was determined so as to make the concentration and flow rate distribution of thick and thin parts more rational. A signigicant decrease in the lowest steady load of No.7 boiler in Huangtai Power Plant has been obtained since the PM type burners were adopted.
