摘    要:为了对压力容器中的缺陷进行快速的安全评定,基于英国标准BS7910编制了供电系统带缺陷压力容器的缺陷评定专家系统。该专家系统由缺陷复合模块和缺陷断裂评定模块两大模块组成,是缺陷安全评定过程的有效辅助手段,可帮助普通工程技术人员掌握复杂的缺陷评定过程,对缺陷进行快速准确的评定。将该专家系统用于电厂锅炉空气压缩罐环向焊缝中表面裂纹的安全评定结果表明,该缺陷安全评定系统为含缺陷压力容器的继续服役提供了技术依据。

Abstract:A safety assessment expert system based on BS7910 Standard was developed to evaluate the safety of pressure vessels with flaws in power supply systems quickly.The expert system consists of flaw-recombination module and flaw-evaluation module.It is an effective supplementary way for the engineers and technicians to master the complicated evaluation procedure,and make rapid and accurate safety assessment.The expert system was applied to evaluate the safety of surface crack in the circumferential welded seam of air compression tank.The result showed that the system provided technical support for the further operation of pressure vessels with flaws.
