摘    要:大型调相机实际存在定子绕组匝间短路的可能,不装设匝间短路保护将是调相机安全运行的严重隐患。运用"多回路分析法",对上海发电机厂制造的300 Mvar调相机进行了内部故障分析及主保护配置方案的优化设计,分析表明应根据上电调相机中性点侧引出方式的差异而采取不同的主保护配置方案。与基于传统电磁型电流互感器的中性点引出方式及主保护方案相比,基于柔性光学电流互感器的裂相横差保护将彻底改变大型汽轮发电机无完善定子绕组匝间短路保护的现状,且对发电机设计制造影响小,从而为发电机的安全运行提供高质量的保证。

Abstract:Due to the possible stator winding inter-turn short circuit in large phase modifiers, there will be seriously potential risk for the safe operation of the phase modifier without inter-turn short circuit protection. Internal fault analysis and main protection configuration scheme optimization design of a 300 Mvar phase modifier manufactured by Shanghai Electric are carried out with the multi-loop method. The analysis showed that different main protection configuration schemes should be chosen for different outgoing modes of the phase modifier neutral point. Compared with the neutral point outgoing mode and main protection scheme based on the traditional electromagnetic current transformer, the split-phase transverse differential protection based on FOCT will completely change the current status of large turbo-generator without stator winding inter-turn short circuit protection and has little influence on generator design and manufacture, thus providing the high quality guarantee for the safe operation of the generator.
