铁立锚桩承载力研究

摘    要:分析了影响铁立锚桩承载力的因素,提出了提高承载力的新途径,介绍了新型铁立锚桩卡盘的设计原理、强度计算、材料选择及现场试验等情况,提出了安装卡盘后铁立锚桩承载力的计算公式,并结合现场试验情况进行了分析计算,证明通过安装铁立锚桩卡盘不仅能提高铁立锚桩的承载力,还使承载力的计算简化,通过现场试验,取得了在不同土壤条件下铁立锚桩承载力试验值,为生产提供了试验数据.

Abstract:Analysis on the impact factors of the force of iron anchor pile is made,a new way to improve the bearing capacity is given.Introductions are made to a new type of iron anchor pile design principle,strength calculation,material selection and field test condition.Iron anchor pile bearing capacity calculation formula is presented after the chunk installation,combined with analysis and calculation of filed.It proves that installation of iron anchor pile chuck can not only improve the iron anchor pile bearing capacity,but also simplify the bearing capacity calculation.Field test obtains test value in different soil conditions of iron anchor pile loading,providing test data for the production.
