燃煤机组一次风机抢风问题探讨

摘    要:辽宁东方发电有限公司三期工程2台锅炉在运行中多次发生一次风机抢风现象,严重时甚至引起锅炉灭火和发生MFT。一次风流量突然改变,系统压力发生变化,使一次风机工作于不稳定区,造成一次风机抢风。阐述了一次风机抢风现象及危害,分析了造成风机抢风的原因,通过对轴流风机性能曲线的研究并结合现场实际运行情况,总结出了一次风机抢风的防范措施和处理经验,保证了一次风机及机组的安全、稳定运行。

Abstract:Primary air fan scrambling for air of two boilers in the inital operation stage and normal operation of the boiler in the thint phase project of Liaoning East Power Co. , Ltd. , causing serious blowing out and even MFT. The main reason is due to a sudden change in primary air flow, the pressure changes in the system, so that primary air fan in the unstable area causing primary air fan scrambling for air. This paper expounds the harm and finds out the cause of scrambling for air. Through the study of axial flow fan performance curve with the actual operation situation, it smmarizes the experience and preventions for it, ensuring the safe and stable operation of primary air fan.
