超高压锅炉汽包水位动态特性分析

摘    要:汽包水位是电厂主要监控参数之一,正确测量汽包水位是锅炉安全运行的保证。在对汽包水位测量原理分析的基础上,对给水流量、蒸汽流量及燃烧率3个影响汽包水位变化的主要因素进行分析,且对给水三冲量自动调节的主、副调节器参数进行试验整定,结果表明,通过对汽包水位的动态特性分析,有助于运行人员控制汽包水位的变化,保证机组安全、稳定运行。

Abstract:Drum water level is one of the main monitoring parameters of power plant, the eorrect measuring of drum water level is the guarantee for the safe operation of the boiler. On the basic, of the analysis on the measuring principle of the drum water level, the feed water flow, steam flow and eombustion rate, the three main factors of affecting steam drum water level change, are made. Both the primary and secondary eontroller parameters are set for the three variable controlled system, the result shows that through the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of steam drum water level, it will help operators to control the change of the steam drum water level to ensure the safety of the unit operation.
