| 摘 要： | 介绍了 R2 0 0系列标准配模和标准拉伸参数的内容和如何应用。论述了将模孔尺寸和拉伸系数标准化 ,可大量地减少模具库存量 ,充分利用模具的固有寿命 ,并且为简化拉丝机设计计算和配模计算创造了条件。文中还进行实例分析和计算。

| Abstract: | The content and application of the R 200 series standard die arrangement and standard wire drawing parameters are presented.It was demonstrated that the sandardization of die hole dimensions and wire drawing parameters may greatly reduce the amount of dies stored, fully utilize the inherent life of the dies and simplify the design and calculation of wire drawing machines and the calculation of die arrangement. Case study is given in this paper. |
