摘    要:节距过大和线芯平行排列是多芯电力电缆产生蛇形弯曲的主要原因,这是由于电缆内外侧的绝缘线芯在电缆盘上绕行长度不同,使外侧线芯受拉伸,内侧线芯受压缩,导致线芯拱起而形成,并多发生于电缆的前后端部。成缆时,在绝缘线芯的内外端连接柔性锚链作为牵引线,可使电缆端部的成缆节距达到工艺要求,使蛇形弯曲得到有效解决。

Abstract:The main factor responsible for snaking of multicore power cables is too large pitch or parallely arranged conductors.Snaking is caused by different wound lengths of inner and outer conductors on a reel resulting in stretching of the outer conductors and compression of the inner conductors and often occurs at the front and rear cable ends.Connection of flexible chain to the inner and out cable ends as the pull wire during the cabling process can make the cabling pitch at the cable ends meet the process requ...
