摘    要:本文叙述了提高铝导体电导率的意义,研制的含硼铝导体的电导率达到国际先进水平,其技术指标为:电阻率ρ=(2.73~2.76)×10-8Ω·m,单根导线强度σb=165~185MPa。从化学成分的优化、铝液的过滤净化及恢复处理等方面阐明了电工用高电导率含硼铝导体的制造技术,并说明其应用前景。

Development of high conductivity boron containing aluminium conductors
Abstract:The significance to improve the conductivity of aluminium conductors is described. The newly developed boron containing aluminium conductors have reched the internationally advanced level with the technical data as follows: resistivity ρ=(2.73~2.76)×10-8 Ω·m, the tensile strength of single wire σb=165~185 MPa. The manufactureing technology for the high conductivity boron containing aluminium conductors for electric puroposes was presented in terms of optimization of chemical components, filtering of the liquid aluminium and recovery treatment. The future applications of this new conductors were envisaged.
