高强度特种电缆抗拉导体的结构设计

摘    要:介绍了高强度特种电缆抗拉导体的结构设计、绞合工艺要点和扭转试验方法。该导体由绞合内导体和编织外导体组合,内导体采用多股镀锡软铜绞线加芳纶丝加强件,外导体采用镀锡铜丝编织,从导体方面提升电缆的抗拉性和柔软性,为煤矿、油田平台等特殊环境使用的电缆设计提供参考。

Abstract:This paper introduces the structural design,key points of stranding process and torsion test method of ten⁃sile conductor of the high⁃strength special cable.The tensile conductor is composed of inner stranding conductor and outer braiding conductor.The inner conductor uses multiple tinned soft copper strands and aramid wire reinforcement.The outer conductor uses tinned copper wire braiding,which improves the strength and softness of the cable from the aspect of conductor.This paper offers a reference of the cable design for the application in special environment such as coal mine and oil field platform.
