国外波浪能开发利用技术进展

摘    要:对波浪能发电装置进行更系统的分类总结,介绍了国外几种主要的波浪能发电装置(振荡水柱式、摆式、筏式、鸭式、振荡浮子式),阐述其基本工作原理与相应的最新技术应用情况.在优化现有技术的基础上,介绍国外在波浪能发电技术基础上研发的基于新原理的或改进的各种波浪能发电技术.重点揭示了波浪能开发利用技术所面临的三大关键性问题(发电效率与稳定性、生存可靠性、成本),并提出相应的解决方法.最后,总结得出波浪能发电技术的发展趋势是高效率、高可靠性、低造价;研发趋势是基于新原理的或改进的波浪能发电技术,考虑与其他能源发电技术集成与综合利用,由波浪能近岸应用向深海应用发展.

Abstract:Ocean wave energy belongs to ocean surface energy- the kinetic energy and potential energy. It isa kind of clean, non-polluting, renewable new energy which has the advantage of high energy density and widedistribution. This article describes the working principle and application of several major wave energy devices(oscillating water column, tilting, raft, canard, oscillating buoy) and elaborates the wave energy technology trend.Based on the existing research and development, the paper studies the new technology, the new or modifiedsources in wave energy technology. Besides, this paper reveals three key issues of wave energy development andutilization technology (power generation efficiency and stability, survival and reliability, cost) and puts forwardthe corresponding solving methods. At last, it summarizes that the development trend of wave energy power generationtechnology is in the direction of high efficiency, high reliabilityand low cost. The research trend is to developnew principles or improved wave power generation technology, and consider other integrated energy powergeneration technology and comprehensive utilization, energy application and development from the nearshore applicationto the deep sea application.
