摘    要:以氰乙酸乙酯、乙酰乙酸乙酯和乙胺为原料经缩合闭环制备N-乙基-3-氰基-4-甲基-6-羟基吡啶-2-酮,3-氰基吡啶酮低温酸性水解获得N-乙基-3-氨甲酰基-4-甲基-6-羟基吡啶-2-酮,高温酸性水解制成N-乙基-4-甲基-6-羟基吡啶-2-酮,并对合成反应的影响因素进行了讨论。结果表明,常压下延长缩合闭环反应时间,N-乙基-3-氰基-4-甲基-6-羟基吡啶-2-酮收率高达91.5%,较文献报道

Abstract:N ethyl 3 cyano 4 methyl 6 hydroxypyridin 2 one was synthesized from ethyl cyanoacetate, ethyl acetoacetate and ethylamine by condensation and ring closure under atmosphere pressure, which was obtained in 91.5 %yield. N ethyl 3 cyano 4 methyl 6 hydroxypyridin 2 one was converted by acid hydrolysis, depending on different reaction conditions, into 6 hydroxy 3 aminoformyl or 3 unsubstituted pyridin 2 one in excellent yield and purity. Some factors influencing on synthetic reactions were discussed. IR spectrum showed that structure of the products was correct.
