| 摘 要： | 以氰乙酸乙酯、乙酰乙酸乙酯和乙胺为原料经缩合闭环制备Ｎ－乙基－３－氰基－４－甲基－６－羟基吡啶－２－酮，３－氰基吡啶酮低温酸性水解获得Ｎ－乙基－３－氨甲酰基－４－甲基－６－羟基吡啶－２－酮，高温酸性水解制成Ｎ－乙基－４－甲基－６－羟基吡啶－２－酮，并对合成反应的影响因素进行了讨论。结果表明，常压下延长缩合闭环反应时间，Ｎ－乙基－３－氰基－４－甲基－６－羟基吡啶－２－酮收率高达９１．５％，较文献报道

| Abstract: | N ethyl 3 cyano 4 methyl 6 hydroxypyridin 2 one was synthesized from ethyl cyanoacetate, ethyl acetoacetate and ethylamine by condensation and ring closure under atmosphere pressure, which was obtained in 91.5 %yield. N ethyl 3 cyano 4 methyl 6 hydroxypyridin 2 one was converted by acid hydrolysis, depending on different reaction conditions, into 6 hydroxy 3 aminoformyl or 3 unsubstituted pyridin 2 one in excellent yield and purity. Some factors influencing on synthetic reactions were discussed. IR spectrum showed that structure of the products was correct. |
