甲醇脱氢制甲醛Cu/SiO2催化剂的性能研究

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Cu/SiO2负载型催化剂,测定其对甲醇脱氢制甲醛反应的活性,并详细考察反应温度、进料浓度、空速等因素对催化剂催化性能的影响,同时应用TPR、XRD等分析技术对催化剂的结构特征进行研究.实验结果表明,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备的Cu/SiO2催化剂对甲醇脱氢制甲醛具有良好的活性和选择性,活性组分与载体、助剂Cr之间存在较强的相互作用.添加助剂Cr可使Cu高度分散于非晶态SiO2载体上.在反应温度650℃,甲醇进料比为16.7%,空速为1.5×10^4h^-1左右时,催化剂具有最佳的催化性能.

Abstract:Cu/SiO2 catalysts were prepared by sol-gel technique.The activities of catalysts were examined and its structure was characterized by TPR,XRD and BET.The results showed that Cu/SiO2 supported catalyst prepared by the sol-gel(inorganic salt) method had the good activity and selectivity from methanol to formaldehyde via dehydrogenation.Stronger interaction existed among active components,carrier and assistant Cr.The active components had smaller crystal diameter and were more highly dispersed on the support surface.
