摘    要:利用变色圈法、排油圈法从土壤和污泥等样品中分离筛选出1株产生物表面活性剂的细菌菌株WB,并通过单因素实验及L9(3^4)正交实验对该菌株的培养基配方及培养条件进行优化.结果表明:在葡萄糖10g/L,麸皮25g/L,酵母粉0.9g/L,培养基初始pH值为7.2,250mL摇瓶装液量为50mL,发酵时间为72h的条件下,菌株WB的表面活性剂的产量可达3.6g/L.

Abstract:A biosurfactant producing bacteria strain WB was seperated and screened from soil and mud through color zone and oil-rejection zone methods by means of single factor and L9 (34) orthogonal tests. The medium formula and cultural conditions were optimized, dextrose 10 g/L, wheat bran 25 g/L, yeast powder 0. 9 g/L,the initial pH of medium 7.2,velocity of a shaking table at 120 r/min and a 250 mL flask fed with 50 mL medium and culture for a duration 72 hours. Under the above conditions the biosurfactant yield of WB was 3.6 g/L.
