产生物表面活性剂细菌的筛选及发酵条件优化

利用变色圈法、排油圈法从土壤和污泥等样品中分离筛选出1株产生物表面活性剂的细菌菌株WB，并通过单因素实验及L9（3^4）正交实验对该菌株的培养基配方及培养条件进行优化．结果表明：在葡萄糖10g／L，麸皮25g／L，酵母粉0．9g／L，培养基初始pH值为7．2，250mL摇瓶装液量为50mL，发酵时间为72h的条件下，菌株WB的表面活性剂的产量可达3．6g／L．

Screening of Biosurfactant Producing Bacteria and Optimization of Its Fermentation Conditions

A biosurfactant producing bacteria strain WB was seperated and screened from soil and mud through color zone and oil-rejection zone methods by means of single factor and L9 （34） orthogonal tests. The medium formula and cultural conditions were optimized, dextrose 10 g/L, wheat bran 25 g/L, yeast powder 0. 9 g/L,the initial pH of medium 7.2,velocity of a shaking table at 120 r/min and a 250 mL flask fed with 50 mL medium and culture for a duration 72 hours. Under the above conditions the biosurfactant yield of WB was 3.6 g/L.
