高支纯亚麻嵌入式复合纱的工艺探讨

摘    要:探究了利用嵌入式复合纺纱技术纺制高支纯亚麻纱.通过改造多功能纺纱小样机以实现嵌入式复合纺纱技术并对雨露沤麻过后的亚麻纤维进行化学脱胶和剪切处理,以70/30的比例和水溶性维纶短纤维混合制条做成粗纱后,在细纱机上纺制了嵌入式亚麻水溶性维纶复合纱,通过对成纱的强伸性、毛羽、条干均匀度的测试与比较进行了纺纱工艺的优化.结果表明,纺制20.7 tex亚麻水溶性维纶嵌入式复合纱的工艺最佳值为捻系数420、长丝预加张力7.5 cN、长丝与长丝间距8 mm、长丝与粗纱间距1.5 mm;经优化工艺试纺的20.7 tex亚麻水溶性维纶嵌入式复合纱,经退维处理后的纱线细度为8.9 tex;亚麻水溶性维纶嵌入式复合纱结构稳定、强力较高、条干均匀、毛羽少,为开发高档亚麻类面料提供了新的途径.

Exploration of high count pure linen embedded composite yarn process

Abstract:Embedded composite spinning technology spun high count pure flax yarn is studied in the paper. Through the transformation of a multifunctional small spinning prototype to achieve embedded composite spinning technology,the degumming and cut processing on dew retting flax fiber are made,mixing with water-soluble PVA short fibers in a ratio of 70 /30 and then making roving,spinning linen water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol embedded composite yarn on spinning frame,and then texting the tensile properties hairiness and evenness of the yarn,finally. A comparative analysis is made of the test results and optimize process parameters of spinning that the results indicate: The optimal process parameters of 20. 7 tex linen water-soluble PVA embedded composite yarn are as follows: the twist factor is 420,the filament pre-tension is 7. 5 cN,the spacing between filaments and filament is 8 mm,the spacing between filament and roving is 1. 5 mm; after dissolving the water-soluble PVA,the 8. 9 tex embedded composite yarn spun under optimum process parameters can be got; the embedded composite yarn has stable structure,high strength,good evenness and less hairiness,its woven fabrics are thin and have clear lines. The embedded composite spinning technology provides a new way for the development of high-end linen fabric.
