UV/Fenton光氧化降解活性艳红染料废水的试验研究

摘    要:目的研究UV/Fenton法对活性艳红染料废水色度和COD的处理效果,解决染料废水色度和COD难降解的问题.方法通过比较不同反应体系的处理效果,验证了UV/Fenton氧化法的优越性.并对影响UV/Fenton氧化法处理废水效果的主要操作条件进行了试验研究,确定了反应的最佳操作条件.结果研究表明,H2O2投加量、Fe2 投加量、pH值条件的改变对染料废水的处理效果影响很大.当pH=3,30%H2O2投加的体积分数为2.4 mL/L,Fe2 投加的质量浓度为320 mg/L,反应时间为15 min时为氧化反应的最佳操作条件,脱色率和COD去除率分别达99.41%和93.21%.结论UV/Fenton法对染料废水的色度和COD能够进行有效的去除,并且操作简单.但是,该法在大规模的应用上仍然存在一定的局限性,如pH应用范围窄、二次污染问题等.

Abstract:In order to solve the difficult problem of removing color and COD from dying wastewater, the treating effect of UV/Fenton oxidation process on chromaticity and COD from reactive brilliant red dyeing wastewater has been studied. Through the comparative experiment, we certified that the UV/Fenton oxidation process was superior to other different oxidation processes in terms of the treating effect of reactive brilliant red dyeing wastewater. The main operating condition that influenced the treating effect of dyeing wastewater has been studied also. And the best operation condition was determined by changing the dosage of FeSO4.7H2O or H2O2, pH in the experiment. The experimental results show that the dosage of H2O2,FeSO4.7H2O and the pH of wastewater had a very strong impact on the final removal rates of dyeing wastewater. And the removal rates of chromaticity and COD are over 99.41% and 93.21% respectively in 15 rain reaction under the condition of adding 2.4 ml/L 30 % H2O2, 320 mg/L 5 % FeSO4.7H2O and pH = 3. From the experimental results, we can conclude that UV/Fenton oxidation process is very effective and suitable for the treatment of the dyeing wastewater and operates simply. However, the large-scale application of UV/ Fenton oxidation process still has certain limitation such as a limited pH range and leakage of iron regeneration.
