摘    要:基于半刚性路面基层在荷载作用下内部应力响应及基层表面回弹位移,对铺筑后基层早期表面弯沉进行连续实测并加以数值统计分析,给出了基层表面初期弯沉变化曲线.根据路面在双圆均布荷载下弹性层状体系理论计算水稳砂砾抗压弹性模量,提出了弹性模量变化非线性回归公式.采用指数函数拟合水稳砂砾模量随龄期的增长变化,以预估在规定期限内能否达到设计标准取值.同时,在基层检验中引入基层材料的弹性模量值,可得即时基层表面回弹弯沉值,作为评估路面基层结构施工质量的控制指标.

Abstract:On the basis of interior stress response and surface displacement of semi-rigid base course under the wheel loads,the surface deflection of semi-rigid base course after construction was measured successively and analyzed with statistical method.The curves of surface deflection of base course were depicted.According to the multi-layer elastic continuous system theory under the double-circle vertical loads,the cement stabilized gravel modulus of elasticity was calculated and the non-linear regression formula was given.The index function was used to simulate the increase of base course modulus of elasticity with time to forecast whether it could get to the design value.At the same time,surface elastic deflection of the base course at that time to evaluate construction quality by taking modulus value return to the pavement structure was gained.
