摘    要:为研究核电大型件翻转机的最佳翻转工艺,并进行自身可靠性分析,基于参与研制的某重型机械集团公司核电大型件翻转机,应用理论解析法,兼顾生产效率与设备安全因素,推导了设备翻转不同类型工件时翻转机关键工位的最佳旋转角度。该结果对制定不同类型工件最佳翻转工艺,保证设备安全、高效运行具有重要意义。

Research of the 90o/180o Upender Best Turning Process of Nuclear Power Large Pieces
Abstract:The attitude displacement process of nuclear power large pieces has become one of the important factors for improving productivity and enhancing the workpiece's surface quality in processing and manufacturing,welding assembly, and non-destructive inspection. Therefore, the research of large and heavy-load upender is indispensable, but the best flip technology and analyzing of the upender's reliability for multifunctional overloading flip is rarely reported at home and abroad. Based on a nuclear large pieces upender, the research was carried out jointly with a heavy machinery factory. With the application of theoretical analysis, considering production efficiency and equipment safety factor, the best rotation angle of upender for different kinds of nuclear power large pieces was obtained. The research plays an important role in providing reference for making the best turning process of different kinds of nuclear power large pieces and ensuring the safety of equipment and operation efficiency.
