聚天冬氨酸阻垢性能的实验研究

摘    要:为了明确新型阻垢剂聚天冬氨酸(PASP)对CaCO3的阻垢性能,本文采用静态阻垢方法,进行了不同条件下的实验研究.结果表明,水温不超过60℃情况下,对于硬度较高的水质,PASP仍表现出良好的阻垢性能, 阻垢率均达到90%以上.此外,结合电镜扫描方法,对PASP的阻垢机理进行了简要分析.

Abstract:In order to understand inhibition behavior of polyaspartic acid on calcium carbonate, experimental study has been carried out with a static method under different conditions. As a result, the polyaspartic acid shows the best calcium carbonate inhibition capability for high calcium concentration at the temperature under 60 degree. The scale inhibition rate can be more than 90% . Besides, it has analyzed the mechanism of polyaspartic acid's scale inhibition with the SEM technology.
