摘    要:随着民航业的快速发展,飞机着陆跑道容量已经不能满足未来需要。目前,我国主要实行的是过于保守的基于距离的间隔(DBS),针对这一问题,本文引入基于时间间隔的飞机着陆间隔。首先建立基于时间间隔(TBS)的飞机着陆跑道容量模型,在ICAO RECAT的基础上计算出TBS间隔,然后通过比较飞机在无风和15 m/s大逆风条件下应用TBS与DBS的飞机着陆跑道容量,得出尤其在逆风影响下,应用TBS可以显著提高飞机着陆效率。本文的研究结果对提高空管运行效率和飞机着陆跑道容量具有实际应用价值。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the civil aviation, the current aircraft landing runway capacity is unable to meet the needs of the future. At present, our country mainly implements the distance-based separation(DBS) which is too conservative. Therefore, this paper introduces the time-based aircraft landing separation, establishes the time-based separation(TBS) on the aircraft landing runway capacity model, calculates the TBS separation on the basis of ICAO RECAT, and compares the landing runway capacity of TBS and DBS aircraft under the conditions of no wind and 15 m/s strong headwind. The application of TBS can significantly improve the aircraft landing efficiency, which has practical application value for ATC operation efficiency and improving aircraft landing runway capacity.
